We are seeking an experienced middleware developer to lead the development of a platform connecting various business systems.Design and develop a middleware integration layer connecting PMS/CRS, EMR, and banking APIs.Automate workflows for reservation-to-accounting processes, including invoice posting, tax mapping, and real-time payment reconciliation.Integrate banking systems to enable automated payment confirmations and alerts.Synchronize guest details, treatment data, dietary notes, and Ayurveda billing between PMS and EMR.Develop a web-based guest personalization software with centralized profiles, comments, repeat guest recognition, and pre-arrival email notifications.Implement dashboards, reporting layers, and real-time notification systems for operational and financial visibility.Ensure secure multi-user authentication, access control, audit logs, and scalable cloud-hosted deployment.Required Skills:Strong experience in API integration, middleware development, and system connectivity.Hands-on experience with Tally Prime APIs, financial system integrations, or accounting workflow automation.Background in integrating PMS/CRS systems, EMR/healthcare systems, or hospitality-tech platforms.Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java.Experience with building secure and scalable web applications.Strong understanding of databases, data synchronization, and error-handling mechanisms.Experience with email/SMS/WhatsApp automation and event-based triggers is a plus.Ideal Candidate:Familiarity with hospitality, healthcare, or financial integrations.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create structured automation flows.Comfortable working with limited documentation and reverse-engineering data formats when required.
