Medical Safety SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Medical Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating safety data from various sources and determining the medical and scientific relevance of serious adverse event reports.About the RoleThis position plays a key role in the overall pharmacovigilance process, requiring strong medical expertise and analytical skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare aggregate reports, evaluate safety issues, and develop strategies for signal detection.You will also be responsible for:Performing medical reviews and clarifications of trial-related Adverse Events (AEs) and post-marketing adverse drug reactions (ADRs)Composing, editing, and medically reviewing Analyses of Similar Events (AOSE) for expedited casesProviding coding review of AEs, SAEs, SADRs, Past medical history, Concomitant medications, or other medical data listingsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:MBBS OR MD from an accredited and internationally recognized medical school1+ years of pharmacovigilance experience and 5+ years of total experienceSound knowledge of Medicine and applicable global, regional, and local clinical research regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
