You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Monitoring site performance and running regular audits to ensure seamless user experience.Measuring key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and providing actionable suggestions to improve performance.Designing innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using expertise and creativity.Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.Strong understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing trends.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social tracking pixels.Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our organization.
