Job Title: Senior Architectural Design ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Design Professional to lead our design team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities:Leverage expertise in Revit to lead technical design and production of design documents from Schematic to IFC, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines.Develop and manage BIM models and sheets with detailed drawings to deliver high-quality output.Provide technical input on materials, details, and specifications for optimal design solutions.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to optimize design, ensuring alignment with local and international best practices.Manage the development of a library of standard details and production processes for efficient delivery.Offer effective design management input, review, consultation, and advice to clients to realize project intent.Integrate design and related elements into technical design, ensuring alignment with local and international best practices.Ensure designs adhere to environmental and sustainability standards, minimizing risks and promoting excellence in health and safety.Coordinate daily with the design team to manage options, proposals, and recommendations.Maintain close relationships with senior management for overall programme delivery.Identify and implement value engineering ideas to reduce costs and time, while ensuring quality control.Requirements:At least 8 years of experience in major architectural projects, preferably in the GCC region.Experience in delivering design packages at detailed design level with Revit.Proficiency in modeling and drafting with Revit is required.Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar relevant discipline.Excellent leadership skills and ability to delegate and coordinate responsibilities.Strong conflict resolution/management skills.Strong team player with the ability to balance conflicting priorities and take timely decisions.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
