About Our Cloud Security RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Security Architect to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Accelerate the delivery of secure cloud capabilities by working within a dedicated security engineering function.Design and implement cloud-based security architectures, including reference architectures for generic cloud applications.Build security control frameworks and assist LoB/Dev teams in identifying security requirements for cloud applications.Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and review existing cloud security architectures to identify potential areas of weakness or need for enhancement.Evaluate cloud security architecture for improvements and accommodate changing cloud environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and availability.Requirements:4+ years of Information Security experience with expertise in public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and associated security risks and controls.Demonstrated knowledge of software development processes (SLDC/Agile/Iterative/DevOps) and experience delivering end-to-end security solution architecture.A thorough understanding of industry-standard threat modeling methodologies (STRIDE/DREAD) and security architecture assessments for various IT systems (Web, Mobile, APIs/Microservices, Cloud).A professional security management certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar.Benefits:Total IT Experience: 4-8 yearsOpportunities for continuous learning and skill growth in cybersecurityA dynamic and supportive work environmentWhat We Offer:An exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team focused on shaping the future of cloud security.The chance to leverage your skills and experience to drive meaningful impact and innovation in cloud security.Essential Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will require:Bachelor's Degree or industry equivalent work experience in cybersecurity, international security architecture, and/or engineering in a converged security program.In-depth knowledge of cloud security technologies, including encryption, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (like Terraform, Ansible) and ability to keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud security.This is a unique opportunity to take your cloud security career to the next level.
