You’ll combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to grow revenue, develop new business, and build lasting relationships with customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, and Power Generation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular customer visits to understand process control needs and build strong relationshipsProvide technical consultation on valve sizing, selection, and applicationDeliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrationsPrepare detailed technical & commercial proposals; negotiate pricing and contract termsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsMonitor market trends and identify growth opportunitiesManage existing accounts and drive upselling/cross-sellingCollaborate with internal engineering, product management, and inside sales teamsFollow up on proposals and convert them to sales ordersProvide after-sales support and technical assistanceWhat We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of control and safety valves, actuators, and industrial process systemsFamiliarity with brands like Masoneilan, IMI, Metso, Koso, Valmet, CCIProven track record in business development and technical salesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in English is mandatory.Readiness to travel extensively within the regionPrior experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, or Power Generation industriesStrong problem-solving and project management skillsThe scope of the work would include constant travel specifically between West, Central, Eastern and Southern African countries.If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales engineering career and work with a dedicated, innovative team — we’d love to hear from you
