Deloitte is where you'll find unrivaled opportunities to succeed and realize your full potentialWork you'll doAs part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business.ResponsibilitiesPartner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results.Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.Preparation of recruitment dashboardsCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteriaSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targetsCommunicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements are usedEngaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidatesLead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.RequirementMBA (HR) from reputed institute. With 2+yrs of experience in Non-Tech recruitment, preferably Tax hiring.Able to form effective relationship at all levels of business.A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needsExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Strong analytical skills, good business understandingWork location: 5 days work from Thane office, MumbaiEmployment: 1 year contract (on direct payroll of Randstad)Your role as a leaderAt Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
