Job description: L3/L4 Infra Support Engineer - Windows/Azure Looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Systems Team to help design, implement, maintain, and support our growing server infrastructure in the data center and cloud (Azure) environments. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing secure, scalable, maintainable, highly available Server architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. Education Qualification: Engineering Degree is preferred. Experience: 6+ years of experience in Server Administration involving Microsoft Server and Cloud Technologies Job Responsibilities: Manage our Office 365 Microsoft Exchange environment. Configure and install various MS Windows/VMWare/Azure servers (e.g., file/print, Exchange, Work spot etc.) Experience in Active directory configuration and troubleshooting skills Perform system maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system stability, availability, and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning Experience in SIEM tool Provide Level-34 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the server environment Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD Microsoft Office365 , Exchange Online Microsoft Server 2012,2016 & 2019 Operating Systems Good working knowledge in managing with PowerShell
