Senior Quality Assurance EngineerThis is a long-term contract position with one of the largest technology leaders in the world. You will be working on developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Cypress/Playwright for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and release quality standards.Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automation suites.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain pipeline stability.Implement test reporting, dashboards, and quality analytics.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures efficiently.Promote best practices in QA automation and contribute to continuous process improvements.Required Skills and QualificationsYou should have strong hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright, proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and experience in API testing, including mocking frameworks like Postman or similar tools.Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skillsExposure to performance testing and visual regression testing.Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.BenefitsYou will be part of a progressive and inclusive work culture that encourages innovation and collaboration, and provides a flexible, learning-driven environment.The company promotes a culture of continuous improvement and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.OthersThe role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycles, version control systems, and agile methodologies.You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
