PDI Application Support Engineer Role SummaryThis role offers the opportunity to provide end-to-end support for PDI solutions used by a major retail and petroleum client.Support store operations, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Required Skills & Experience:A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows.Proven experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a production support environment.Benefits and Opportunities:Experience with GK/NCR POS systems or similar retail POS platforms is highly desirable.Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) would be advantageous.Candidates with experience supporting US clients or working in overlapping time zones will have an added advantage.Personal Qualities:Reliable and accountable in a critical support environment.Able to learn quickly with attention to detail.Effective prioritization and task management skills.
