Machine Learning Operations EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI/ML group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable machine learning pipelines using cloud-based technologies.Deploy, Monitor, and Scale ML Models: Experience with deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, EKS, Lambda) or GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Functions).CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning workflows using GitHub Actions / Jenkins / cloud-native tools.Docker and Kubernetes: Containerize and orchestrate workloads with Docker & Kubernetes; manage infrastructure via Terraform/CloudFormation.Model Registries and Observability: Implement model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus/Grafana.Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, NLP.You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of machine learning solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about AI/ML and has experience in designing and implementing scalable machine learning pipelines.RequirementsPrior ~2+ years of experience working with machine learning operations and data science.Proficient in Python, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL).Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure management (Terraform/CloudFormation).Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference.Bonus: experience with real-time machine learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems.Bonus points if you have experience with subscription, media, or recommender systems, knowledge of experiment design & causal inference, or exposure to real-time machine learning serving (KFServing, Seldon, Ray Serve). If you have a Btech/Mtech degree, that's great too
