Job Title: ServiceNow Discovery SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement and optimize Discovery processes that enable a reliable and accurate CMDB across on-premises and cloud environments.This role requires expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping), strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and hands-on experience with multi-cloud visibility (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB).Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware including APIs, service discovery and resource modeling.Knowledge of containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX), virtualization, storage and middleware.Familiarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC).Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB design and service dependency mapping.Scripting experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation/customization.
