You are an experienced data architect who can lead the design and implementation of large-scale education data platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and integration patterns.The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture roles with progressive ownership. You should have hands-on experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, dbt, Talend, Informatica, or equivalent.Additionally, you should be familiar with cloud data platforms, data warehouses/lakes, streaming technologies, BI/analytics tooling, and self-service analytics. Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance frameworks is also essential.If you have prior experience in EdTech, education data projects, or working with school/district customers, that's a plus. We're looking for someone who can collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, data scientists, and customer success to translate customer needs into deliverable solutions.As a system architect, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing data architecture roadmaps, defining end-to-end data architecture, and leading design and implementation of robust ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration.
