Job Overview:

  • Build a motivated team - Hire, Train, and Mentor.
  • Own the delivery quality & speed - Prioritization, planning & delivery of
  • projects and features; stakeholder management.
  • Create a scalable system - Implement a consistent, regular process for system
  • performance & security assessment and improvement. Identify system
  • bottlenecks and solve critical problems with a strong sense of ownership,
  • urgency and drive
  • Improve quality and efficiency of product development lifecycle - Work closely
  • with Engineering ' Product Managers to develop the best technical design and
  • approach for new product development. Evaluate and champion new
  • technology.
  • Budgeting - Owns the HR and Infra Budgets of the technology team.


Requirements and Duties:

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience in technology background. Prior
  • experience in consumer internet is highly preferred.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects across a wide breadth of
  • technology, delivering and maintaining complex systems.
  • Strong grasp of full stack networking, scalable web back-end, machine
  • learning and all genres of frontend platform technologies (App & Frontend
  • Web)
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to
  • back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage
  • trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas.


Qualifications:

  • BE/ Btech from Top Tier College.
