Job Title: Digital Growth StrategistDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of full-funnel strategies across multiple D2C brands.You will lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads.You will own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention.You will build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing pages, and creative.You will analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action.You will manage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction.You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep momentum alive.You will drive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages, and report outcomes.This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, ideas, and results and wants to own a business.Requirements2-5 years in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a mix.Strong Excel/Sheets skills — formulas, pivots, dashboards are just the basics. You need to be able to think on a spreadsheet.Comfort with client-facing conversations and weekly reviews.Understanding of D2C metrics - CAC, average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV), ROAS, contribution margin.Proven ability to deliver outcomes, not just activity.The ability to simplify chaos into clarity.This is a 100% remote role, offering competitive compensation based on capability, maturity, and portfolio of experience.
