Job Title: Sr. SAP E-Invoicing Implementation Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (onsite) Hybrid Role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. SAP E-Invoicing Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, including at least 4 years in e-invoicing. The role involves leading global e-invoicing projects, driving design, build, testing, deployment, and providing ongoing support. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and act as a strategic advisor to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP e-invoicing implementation across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support).
  • Configure SAP e-invoicing (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align solutions with business goals.
  • Manage full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor relationships.
  • Provide coaching, training, and post go-live support to users.
  • Deliver projects with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong governance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.
  • 6–7 years SAP project experience with at least 4 years in e-invoicing.
  • 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in management/leadership roles.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in relevant modules.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • ABAP debugging/customization (added advantage).
  • Experience in change management, governance, and training end users.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work beyond hours to resolve critical issues.
