Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting those leads into sales, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue through direct telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Use various tools and techniques to acquire lead information.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and emails.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and present suitable products.
- Answer questions and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers to drive sales opportunities.
4. Sales Process Management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and manage sales metrics to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
