We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAP system administration, kernel upgrades, SPS/EHP updates, HANA database administration, and Solution Manager (SolMan) including ChaRM.Install, configure, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes across various environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP System AdministrationPerform Kernel Updates, Support Package Stack (SPS) Updates, and Enhancement Package (EHP) Upgrades.Manage SAP system refreshes, client copies, export/import, transport management, and performance monitoring.Perform HANA DB administration, including HANA installation, upgrades, version maintenance, back-ups, and performance tuning.Handle system monitoring, troubleshooting, log analysis, and root-cause resolution across SAP applications.SAP Solution Manager / ChaRMConfigure and manage ChaRM (Change Request Management).Administer SAP Solution Manager 7.2, including system monitoring, technical scenarios, and diagnostics setup.Maintain EarlyWatch Alerts, system recommendations, landscape management, and technical operations.Upgrades & MigrationsExecute SAP system upgrades using SUM/DMO tools.Support HANA migrations, Unicode conversions, and landscape transitions.Security & System HealthApply security notes via SNOTE.Manage user admin, roles, profiles, and authorizations (basic level).Perform routine health checks, backup & restore operations, and DR activities.Required Skills and QualificationsSAP kernel updates and version maintenance.SPS/EHP updates using SPAM/SAINT and SUM.SAP HANA installation, revision upgrades, and administration.SAP Solution Manager 7.2 setup and configuration.ChaRM setup/configuration and transport management.Expertise in SUM/DMO tools.SAP system performance tuning.Transport management system (TMS).System refresh, client copy, BDLS.SAP security notes and patch application.Unix/Linux commands, DB concepts, and cloud basics (AWS/Azure preferred).
