Job OverviewThis strategic role integrates leadership and technical expertise to drive success with Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning.Key Responsibilities:Configure models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes within Adaptive Planning.Manage data pipelines and integrations with ERP/EDW systems.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions, modeled sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; resolve load exceptions and optimize data integrity.Develop advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies.Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards.Implement role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive Planning.Collaborate with IT/EDW teams on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow processes.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences.Develop/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours sessions.Provide training, documentation, and support services.Technical Skills:Adaptive Data Agent configuration and secure data pipeline management.Advanced Data Management setup and troubleshooting.Performance tuning for FCCS and Adaptive models.Requirements:Proven experience in Adaptive Planning and FCCS implementation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Others:Applicants should have a strong passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
