We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage operational and back-office tasks.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive assistance, with experience in managing schedules, emails, and documents. They will also be proficient in using advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports and prepare spreadsheets.Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents and reports.Excel and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports and prepare spreadsheets.Business Operations: Drive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyA team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote settingSchedule (US Shifts Only):Eastern Time - 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayPacific Time - 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayLogistical Requirements:Quiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
