About UsWe are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper and Management Accountant to support our US-based clients. This role requires someone who is confident in managing client communication and delivering accurate, timely accounting outputs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Zoho Books, understands US accounting fundamentals, and can independently manage multiple client files. Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (QBO/QBD) and Zoho BooksManage and post journal entries, accruals, amortization, and fixed assetsPerform bank, credit card, loan, merchant, and intercompany reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and chart of accounts per industry normsProcess accounts payable, receivables, and assist with payroll postingsPrepare monthly/quarterly financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs ActualPerform variance analysis and prepare KPI/management dashboardsMaintain and update cash flow forecasts and budget models Key Responsibilities: The right person will have the following qualifications and skills: CPA License Preferred (Active or In-Progress acceptable)Proven experience with US GAAP, ASC standards, tax compliance workflows, and audit supportExperience working within or managing a CPA firm, advisory practice, or finance outsourcing environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4+ years experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or management accountingHands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Zoho BooksStrong month-end close, reconciliation, and reporting experience Why Choose This Role?
