Senior Statistical Programmer LeaderKey Responsibilities:Oversee statistical programming activities across multiple studies and projects within a therapeutic area or compound/indication.Develop and maintain comprehensive programming documentations adhering to established standards and processes.Contribute to the development of standard and utility macros, enhancing efficiency and productivity.Collaborate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards, ensuring consistency and quality.Ensure accurate and timely handling of P21 related items and eCRT package components for regulatory submissions, including aCRF, define.XML, cSDRG, ADRG, and ARM documents.Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related discipline, with 7-8+ years of programming experience.Proficiency in SAS programming within a clinical data environment, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submission processes.Requirements and Expectations:Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams.Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
