Lead DesignerWe seek a visionary Lead Designer to spearhead our architectural design process, from conceptual planning to detailed execution drawings.This full-time remote position requires an individual with exceptional technical expertise and project management skills capable of overseeing multiple projects with minimal supervision.Develop high-end residential and commercial designs, apartment projects, and interior conceptsPrepare conceptual layouts, 2D plans, elevation concepts, working drawings, detail drawings, sections, and GFC setsClosely collaborate with site engineers daily to ensure drawings match site conditionsMaintain documentation and submit drawings within committed timelinesEnsure compliance with local building codes, seismic norms, and service coordinationParticipate in review meetings with stakeholders and provide expert recommendationsThe ideal candidate will have:B.Arch (mandatory); M.Arch preferred5–7+ years of architectural experience with strong technical knowledgeExpert-level AutoCAD skills (mandatory)Proficiency in SketchUp/Lumion, Photoshop, Revit (optional)Solid understanding of RCC drawings, MEP coordination, and construction detailingAbility to work from home with high discipline and daily accountabilityStrong communication and presentation skills
