Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with sales and solution architects to design and develop customized solutions.Preparing technical inputs, solution designs, and bill of materials (BOMs) for proposals.Participating in customer calls to explain architectures and answer technical queries.Supporting response to requests for proposal (RFP)/requests for information (RFI) with accurate design details and network requirements.Providing technical guidance to deployment teams during implementation and migration phases.Reviewing high-level designs (HLDs)/low-level designs (LLDs) and ensuring solutions align with telco standards, network policies, and customer expectations.Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during delivery.The successful candidate will ensure services meet telco-grade performance, reliability, and service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
