  • Respond to and resolve common database-related incidents
  • Troubleshoot basic database connectivity and performance issues
  • Monitor system activities and logs
  • Perform database start-up and shutdown procedures
  • Manage user administration, roles, and privileges
  • Conduct basic performance tuning and space management
  • Assist in database upgrades under supervision
  • Implement predefined backup solutions (RMAN, Netvault)
  • Participate in capacity planning and change management processes
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 DBAs or vendors.
  • Experience in maintaining Oracle database on cloud platforms like AWS\Azure\GCP
  • OCP Certification
