At the forefront of innovation, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Web Fabric initiative.This high-impact role demands an exceptional individual with a proven track record in defining architecture, scaling teams, and delivering low-latency, high-quality user experiences across multiple products.We're looking for someone who can own and evolve our frontend architecture and component strategy, manage a team of engineers, and align with data engineering and ML/API teams to drive end-to-end reliability and performance.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing robust frontend architectures and component strategies.Leading a team of 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications.Crafting architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review.Aligning architecture and delivery roadmaps with data, ML, and API teams.Establishing best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation.Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for velocity, user experience performance, and developer productivity.To be successful, you'll need:6+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles managing 10+ engineers.Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar modern frameworks.A proven history of building and operating large-scale frontend platforms.A strong foundation in CI/CD automation and frontend observability.The ability to write architecture documents and run design reviews.Nice to have qualifications include:Experience with real-time frontends (websockets, live data).Familiarity with Vercel, CloudFront, and modern deployment pipelines.
