AB InBev India is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Sales Finance Control (South) for its Finance function based out of Bangalore.
Primary Purpose of Role:
Senior Manager – Direct Cash Flow & Core Working Capital will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s cash flow and working capital strategies. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient cash management, financial planning, and liquidity optimization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in managing cash flow and working capital in a dynamic industry environment.
Role Responsibilities
Resource Allocation: Have a view on the key spends required for the business, and good-to-have spends.
Prioritize allocation and re-allocation of budgets (all budgets, end-to-end) in line with available opportunities to capture, and risks to be mitigated.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize direct cash flow and enhance liquidity.
Monitor daily cash flow, forecast cash requirements, and manage short-term investments.
Analyze cash flow trends, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely cadence of current status, opportunities, and gaps.
Partner with functional owners of the drivers of the KPIs, to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
Oversee and optimize core working capital components, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
Develop and enforce policies for efficient credit control and collection processes.
Work with procurement and production teams to manage inventory levels and reduce holding costs.
Analyze working capital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Establish a monitoring mechanism to update key stakeholders.
Key Internal Stakeholders: Head of the functions and respective PPMs, Zone counterparts for FP&A and Supply Chain, Head of sub-functional verticals for key budgets allocated.
Education level and/ or experience
4-6 years of relevant experience
Chartered Accountant
Excellent MS Excel skills, Data Analysis
Working knowledge of business and finance experience
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP)
