Job SummaryOverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our cyber security services. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning the end-to-end sales cycle for cyber security services: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.Achieving minimum annual new revenue targets through new logos and strategic expansions.Developing and executing territory and account plans targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.Driving outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, outreach, events, and partner networks.Identifying and engaging key decision-makers and influencers (CISO, CIO, Head of Security, IT Director, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, etc.).Solution Selling - Cyber Security PortfolioPositioning and selling Teceze's cyber security offerings, including but not limited to:SOC Services (Managed SOC, SIEM, 24x7 monitoring, incident response)EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)DLP (Data Loss Prevention)IAM (Identity & Access Management)Application Security (AppSec testing, SAST/DAST, secure SDLC, code review)Client Engagement & TravelSpending up to 50% of time travelling to meet clients and prospects in person.Conducting discovery workshops, executive presentations, PoV/PoC discussions, and steering meetings.Building long-term, trusted relationships and establishing Teceze as a strategic cyber security partner.RequirementsThis role requires:Strong business development and sales skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of cyber security services and solutions.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
