Job Title: Accounts Receivable Trainee

  • Location: Noida, A-16, Block A, Sector 60, Uttar Pradesh 201301
  • Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial data related to accounts receivable and prepare reports for management.
  • Provide detailed analysis of customer accounts and payment trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Interface with sales, delivery teams, and all levels of management.
  • Collaborate with multiple functional groups to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.

Software Proficiency:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivots, and macros.
  • Prepare documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Manage email communications and scheduling with MS Outlook.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new software as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com), Master of Commerce (M. Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features (formulas, pivots, macros).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functional groups and levels of management.

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
