We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contractual basis to support our executive hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple requisitions.


Key Responsibilities:

● Talent Sourcing: Use various channels like job boards, , social media, and employee referrals to identify and engage top talent.

● Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and role suitability.

● Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

● Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and provide regular recruitment updates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

● Contract Negotiation: Assist with offer negotiations and contract preparation for new hires.

● Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly for contract roles.

● Onboarding Support: Work with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

● Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.


Key Requirements:

● Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a focus on contractual hiring.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Skills:

○ Strong sourcing techniques and knowledge of talent pipelines.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
