Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems.Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that reshape healthcare industries and user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new LLMs for medical imaging tasks.Design and implement methods to improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Requirements3+ years of full-time industry experience.Hands-on experience in contemporary AI, including training generative AI models such as LLMs and image-to-text models.Specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc.Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI or similar platforms.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Data Science.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of generative AI and make a real impact on the healthcare industry.
