SAP Quality Management ArchitectJob Overview:This role involves analyzing business needs, suggesting optimal SAP process solutions, and developing test strategies to ensure the solution meets business requirements.Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct information gathering sessions with clients, analyze data, and document an accurate understanding of their business needs and map those to relevant SAP processes.Solution Recommendations: Provide confidence and ability to suggest suitable SAP process solutions that effectively meet client requirements.Functionality Testing: Knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and tools for executing unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing.Test Plan Development: Design and develop test plans for executing unit, integration, system, or acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.Process Modeling: Develop process models based on business requirements to determine completeness of information and process components.Task Coordination: Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and work under pressure of tight project deadlines.Support Services: Provide support for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth-level break/fix support).Training Delivery: Deliver basic SAP training to client end-users.Collaboration: Work closely with business decision-makers and end-users.Communication Skills: Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
