We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our US Staffing operations.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills and expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the US staffing industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute business growth strategies for US staffing services.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.Requirements:8 - 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the US staffing industry.Proven track record of success in driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and increasing revenue.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Benefits:Competitive salary + high-earning commission potential.Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.Flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote).Direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
