📢 Hiring: Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership (BPO / Shared Services) Location: Bengaluru (Kothanur) | Work from Office Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (India shift overlap with US & Philippines operations) Reports to: Finance Controller About the Company We are a global BPO / shared services organization operating across India, the US, and the Philippines , delivering end-to-end business process solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership to oversee multi-entity finance operations, ensure audit readiness, drive compliance, and enable process automation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant seeking to step into a Finance Controller / Global Controllership role within a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions). Drive accurate and timely month-end / year-end closures. Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses. Support group-level consolidation across entities. Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls. 🔹 Compliance & Taxation Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings. Ensure India GAAP compliance while aligning with US GAAP / global standards. Support direct & indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, and RBI / FEMA matters. Coordinate statutory and ROC filings with auditors and consultants. 🔹 Audit, Controls & Process Improvement Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely query resolution. Strengthen internal controls and documentation processes. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. 🔹 ERP, Systems & Automation Serve as key user for NetSuite ERP or equivalent systems. Collaborate on ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives. 🔹 Business Partnership Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Provide financial insights for leadership decision-making. Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund allocation. Qualifications CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred). CA Inter with 8+ years of relevant experience may also be considered. Required Skills Strong accounting, reporting, or controllership experience in BPO / Shared Services / SaaS / ITES setups. Exposure to multi-entity, cross-border finance operations. Knowledge of India & US GAAP , consolidation, and compliance. Proven experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems preferred. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Excel and reporting tool proficiency. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. High ownership, attention to detail, and process discipline.
