Programme Management ExpertAs a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of interrelated projects that deliver significant business value to clients and the organisation. You will ensure alignment with organisational objectives and lead senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.This role is ideal for a highly experienced, strategic thinker with deep domain expertise in software delivery for the pharmaceutical industry—particularly in the areas of pharmacovigilance, safety, and regulatory technology.Main Responsibilities:Define, lead, and manage the successful execution of complex, multi-workstream programmes for pharmaceutical clients.Align programme objectives with business strategy and ensure that all projects within the programme contribute to defined outcomes.Provide governance and direction across projects, managing dependencies, interproject risks, and overall programme-level planning and reporting.Serve as the key escalation point for internal stakeholders and external clients, including executive sponsors and regulatory contacts.Key Performance Indicators:Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparent communication, change management, and alignment across business and technical teams.Coordinate and oversee the work of multiple project managers, and third-party contributors to ensure cohesion across deliverables.Maintain tight control of programme scope and oversee the evaluation and approval of change requests, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and do not compromise delivery.Actively mentor, coach, and support the development of project managers within the team, fostering a culture of project management excellence, continuous learning and professional growth.Ensure a consistent approach to project and programme delivery across the organisation by championing standardised methodologies, tools, and best practices.The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for an exceptional Programme Manager who possesses excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering complex programmes, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in programme management or a related field.Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of pharmacovigilance, safety, and regulatory technology.
