Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Consolidation Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading the project, solution design, and validation, as well as guiding the project team.To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong technical knowledge of financial systems and processes, with experience in implementing Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS).You will also require excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets using financial formulas.A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.If you have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with data management tools, we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead overall project, solution design & design validation and guide the project team.Lead business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing.Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals.Develop and implement financial models and reports to support decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes.Requirements:10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).Excellent Functional knowledge on Financial Consolidation and close process.CA or MBA Finance by qualification.Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
