Job Opportunity: Oracle Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team in providing expert-level assistance for Oracle EBS R12. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, with a focus on Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV).They will also be proficient in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, with the ability to handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.A key requirement is expertise in handling complex technical problems and providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal business disruption.Candidates must be able to demonstrate their skills and knowledge through real-life examples of successful problem-solving and resolution. Key Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including:Technical Skills: Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Forms & Reports, SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle APEX (preferred)Technical Experience: 4+ years minimum experience in SCM modules, with relevant module experience required (Please Mention in Resume): Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA) Benefits:This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your technical skills further.
