Jio is looking for an experienced Jio Center Manager (JCM) to lead overall business performance, operations, and customer experience for a high-impact Jio Center. This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.What You’ll DoDeliver overall sales, revenue & customer acquisition targets for the Jio CenterOversee smooth daily operations, administration & service deliveryOptimize productivity, resources, and cost efficiency of the centerEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory & commercial guidelinesManage permissions/approvals required for local projects & deploymentsBuild strong relationships with channel partners to enhance throughputDrive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPSLead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teamsWhat We’re Looking For10–14 years of experience in telecom, operations, sales or service leadershipStrong P&L understanding with the ability to manage budgets & commercial controlsSolid project management and execution capabilityExcellent team management, influencing & problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage external stakeholdersExecution-focused, customer-centric, and highly accountable leader
