NFT Manager

Role Overview:

As the NFT Manager in Platform Engineering, you will lead a team responsible for the manual and automated testing of several Java-based products. Additionally, you will oversee a group focused on developing and maintaining a shared quality platform that empowers quality engineers across various teams to streamline test case development, monitor coverage, and ensure product quality. This position demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep technical understanding of both NFT and quality assurance (QA) methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• NFT Testing Leadership

• Manage a team of NFT engineers responsible for both manual and automated testing of several key products, all built on Java.
• Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and guidelines for testing across products, ensuring consistent and thorough coverage.
• Oversee the adoption and optimization of testing tools like LoadRunner, Gatling, Grafana, and Prometheus to ensure high-quality performance and load testing.

• Quality Platform Management

• Lead a group of quality engineers focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining an internally developed quality platform.
• Collaborate with quality engineers across various product teams to support them in developing test cases, tracking testing metrics, and improving coverage.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase the efficiency of the testing platform, including performance monitoring, test coverage analysis, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

• Team Development and Collaboration

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
• Act as a bridge between quality engineering teams across the organization, ensuring alignment on standards, tools, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, and operations to deliver products with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in NFT, from which at least 3 years in managerial roles.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java-based testing, load testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Gatling), and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
• Platform & Test Development: Experience with internally developed testing tools/platforms, ideally in a large-scale environment.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to manage teams, with excellent communication and organizational skills to align multiple teams toward common quality goals. Experience executing NFT cycles from planning to retrospective.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in testing and quality assurance.
