DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a skilled FCCM Technical Consultant to join our team, with expertise in implementing OFSAA products, particularly in the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) domain. The successful candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, and deploying FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and deploy OFSAA FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CSConduct workshops and trainings on FCCM product functionalityProvide functional delivery support, including mapping, BRD preparation, configuration, testing, and rolloutWork on Agile/Water-Scrum-Fall based development methodologySupport testing phases, including system testing, SIT, UAT, and productionEnsure quick turnaround of defect fixesResponsibilitiesQualifications & SkillsMandatory:Graduate-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering5+ years of experience in OFSAA FCCM product implementation in a technical capacity or in similar productsHands-on experience in installing OFSAA BD Pack/Mantas and configuring AML, KYC, ECMExpertise in PLSQL, Oracle DB concepts, various web server configurations, and configuring LDAP and schedulers like ControlMExperience in real-time functionalities like Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and EDQ configurationDesired:Experience in Agile methodologies and expertise in Oracle DB/PLSQL querying skillsStrong knowledge in AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, and TF application installation, migration, and configurationDesire to get upskilled in functional areas like Machine Learning, Block Chain, etc.Exposure to tools like Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI tool set, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWINGood understanding of databases (Oracle, DB2, Exadata) and working knowledge of job scheduling products like AutoSys and ControlMJava, JSP, J2EE standards with Oracle database and knowledge of web servers like WebSphere or WebLogicSelf-Assessment Questions To evaluate your fit for this role, please consider the following questions:Do I have hands-on experience implementing OFSAA FCCM products such as AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS?Can I recall a successful project I delivered using Agile practices, and what was my contribution to its success?Am I confident in my Oracle DB/PLSQL querying skills, and do I have working knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE standards?How do I ensure I stay current with new tools, standards, and technologies relevant to FCCM?Have I led or guided teams through large FCCM transformation projects?What leadership strategies did I use to drive successful outcomes, and how can I demonstrate them?Do I have a clear approach to prioritizing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously?Can I provide an example where I successfully managed a critical project phase under tight timelines?QualificationsCareer Level - IC2
