About the Role : SCM MEP
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for complete material management with sourcing of Capex and Opex (Total more than 130+ locations).
Regular Governance with 300+ vendors to ensure partners’ issues are addressed like payments on time etc.
Working closely with Nxtra leadership team and procurement teams to ensure material is delivered in full and on time as per projects’ requirement.
Build, sustain and leverage relationships with stakeholders across functions/businesses/units and externally with partners/vendors/suppliers to drive alignment and promote Nxtra interests
Tracking Costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year
Deliverables
Procurement of passive infrastructure HVAC, IBMS, Civil, Electrical works, etc.
Procurement of AMCs/services for passive Infrastructure equipment - (Elevator, DG, Chiller, PAC, PAHU, UPS, FAS, BMS System, Fire Alarm system, Access Control System, Baggage Scanner, DC Power Plant, Fire Hydrant etc), manpower related contract, Cloud, Marketing, Audit, Compliance / NOCs, Facility / Admin related requirement for Data Centers and MSCs.
Identification of Cost drivers for each of spend line items and creating plans around them. Further tracking costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year.
Benchmark Rates with the best in Industry.
Actively identify the opportunities for improvement and automation of the existing systems and processes.
Undertake strategic initiatives and change management for the improvement of sourcing & procurement function.
Contract Governance with the partners to ensure contractual KPIs/SLAs are adhered.
Ensure vendor base is right sized for maximum volume/cost savings leverage.
Experience
8 to 15 years
Experience in Data Center, MEP & Passive Infrastructure Purchases
· Data Center/Telecom industry/EPC
