Automotive HIL Testing SpecialistThis role involves the execution of comprehensive testing for automotive electronic control units (ECUs) using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) techniques. As a seasoned professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and support the development of cutting-edge automotive systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test cases for functional and integration testing of ECUs on HIL benches.Collaborate with software developers and system engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.Configure and troubleshoot HIL systems, including signal mapping, I/O configuration, and simulation models.Analyze test results, document defects, and communicate findings to development teams.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of automotive ECUs and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).Proficiency in HIL platforms (dSPACE, NI, ETAS) and tools like CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink.Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time simulation.Requirements:3+ years of experience in automotive testing.Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR standards.Bonus Points:Experience with model-in-the-loop (MIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.Knowledge of OEM-specific guidelines and industry trends.
