Job Description:Job Title: Operation Lead, AVPLocation: Bangalore, IndiaRole DescriptionSupervises & monitors day-to-day business processes for Deutsche Bank Investment Services. AVP should have command on the business domain and should be familiar with Investment banking concepts specifically related to German markets/European markets. Domain knowledge on one or multiple sub-domains is preferred. Ensure root cause analysis and continuous improvement plan is shared and discussed with teamIncumbent should strive to gain end to end knowledge of domainEnsure people are motivated to perform, regular one-on-one discussions with people are held and all people related concerns are resolved keeping employee motivation highMaintain attrition in team in line with organization's attrition targetsStake holder management (Internal/External)Coordinate with projects/Change Management team for all market driven, client driven changes. Ensure all changes are successfully absorbed with no service disruption. Highlight any deviation to planned project milestones parameters.Ensure all process documents are updated and necessary maintenance cycle is adheredEnsure compliance under all audit's (Internal/External) parameters/guidelinesSupervises the development of scope of services and requirements definitions. Assigns, structures, and supervises team deliverables to meet project schedules.Incumbent should be able to analyze, responds and resolves issues and assists in re-evaluating priorities.Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance & development. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.Prepare monthly/weekly reports as per regulatory and governance requirements with onshore partners.Ensures timely and transparent reporting of SLAs and other business-related topics to respective stakeholders including senior managementYour skills and experienceBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
