Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee technology-driven projects, particularly in the agricultural and government sectors. This is a full-time, onsite role based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, fluency in Hindi, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and establish project goals.
  • Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for successful project completion.
  • Provide technical expertise and insights, supporting teams in navigating and implementing a range of technologies.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Document and track project milestones, identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-based projects.
  • Proven experience working on agricultural or government sector projects.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies and how to manage their implementation in project settings.
  • Fluency in Hindi and strong proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and policies in the agricultural sector.
  • Ability to adapt to and work within a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
