Job Title: Public Speaking ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Public Speaking Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of training and developing soft skills, voice, accent, language, and behaviors.The Public Speaking Expert will train a team on effective communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation.Ongoing monitoring of performance and tracking deviations is crucial for success in this role.The successful candidate will assist in achieving continuous improvements by conducting refreshers that meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Regularly assessing training needs to fill gaps in performance is an essential task.Conducting periodic meetings and huddles with the team to gauge and improve performance is critical.Tracking and ensuring improvement of lower-performing associates is key to success.Facilitating internal audits on communications and soft skills is necessary.The Public Speaking Expert will conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) on a monthly basis and address any loopholes in training.Conducting refresher sessions with associates to keep them updated on soft skills and accent neutralization is required.Publishing a dashboard on a weekly basis with numbers of monitoring and coaching sessions conducted and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is an additional responsibility.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact on our organization's success.
