Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT Service Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent.Build scalable ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and Web Services (XML).Perform thorough testing, including unit, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing.Create effective SQL and LDAP queries, with expertise in Oracle/MySQL/AD.Apply Agile/Scrum principles and ITIL standards to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.Foster strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Provide valuable input during planning and retrospectives.RequirementsStrong background in ServiceNow ITSM, with experience in development, configuration, and implementation.Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and Web Services (XML).Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL frameworks.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.Keyword: Servicenowspecialist
