The Greater Noida facility specializes in Induction Heat Seal (IHS) liners with capabilities in foil lamination, wax lamination, rotogravure printing, slitting, and automated punching, supported by in-house lab testing.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Production Engineering (CIPET or equivalent preferred)Postgraduate qualification in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering (advantage)12–15 years of experience in plastic processing or flexible packaging industryMinimum 5 years in a managerial or supervisory roleProven experience in managing printing, wax lamination, solvent lamination, foil lamination, and slitting operationsExposure to Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO systems is essentialExperience in primary packaging for pharmaceutical or FMCG applications preferredKey Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of raw materials, machine operations, and finishing processes in flexible packagingProficiency in production planning, efficiency tracking, and resource optimizationHands-on leadership and ability to mentor cross-functional teams across shiftsAnalytical mindset with data-driven approach to improve KPIsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/MRP systemsStrong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvementKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee daily production operations ensuring On-Time In Full (OTIF) deliveriesDevelop and execute production plans, shift schedules, and manpower allocationDrive operational excellence through Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Lean initiativesEnsure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications in coordination with QACollaborate with Maintenance to minimize downtime through preventive maintenanceMonitor production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actionsPromote a culture of discipline, safety, and accountability across the shop floorControl production costs and achieve plant performance KPIsReporting To: Plant HOD Joining Requirement: Within 30 daysInterested candidates may share their updated resume at Mitesh.Varma@tekni-plex.com with the subject line: Application for Production Manager – Greater Noida
