Lead Physical Design Specialist

Experienced Lead Physical Design Specialists are required to oversee and manage the design process.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in physical designDeveloping flow and methodology for placement, CTS, and routingMentoring junior team members and providing technical supportThe selected candidates will work on cutting-edge designs at 10nm, 7nm, and 5nm nodes. They must have strong knowledge of place and route flow, hierarchical designs, low power implementation, synthesis, and static timing analysis. Expertise in DRC, LVS, and chip finishing is also essential.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or VLSI Engineering is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should also be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Experience working with mainstream P&R tools is highly desirable.
