Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Engineer Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support our assurance services. This role involves coordinating quality assurance activities, managing compliance tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing quality assurance and compliance audits.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, audit records, and compliance documentation for client and internal use.
Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
Inspection Support: Coordinate technical inspections, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client specifications.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure operational activities comply with applicable standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting actionable improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with auditors, inspectors, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment in project delivery.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors to support assurance operations.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, especially in the context of quality and assurance processes.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience).
Internship or prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or inspection services is a plus.
Basic understanding of inspection tools and methodologies is advantageous.
