Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.This role involves working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of incidents, and the ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.The successful candidate will work as an escalation point across the Power Platform support practice helping colleagues resolve incidents and deliver more technical changes.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.OthersWe are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
